¿Hablas Español? El Director de Video También

When designing Video Director, we intentionally created a data model that allowed for multiple Version records for each Journey. A Journey record is the visual portion of the video, while a Version could include variants of the Journey, such as different screen sizes, languages, and subtitles (Yes/No).
For example, we record a path through a video one time. This is the default, end to end path that hits every feature. It is also the default Journey. We could have multiple Journeys. Think of it like you would a movie - you have one Journey that goes out to theaters (the default Journey), then a Journey for each trailer you want to publish, and finally, a "director's cut".
Each Journey can have multiple versions - you might have an IMax version, a Dolby Laser version, and a subtitled version for the hearing impaired. Each of these versions might be in 5 different languages. That's 15 versions. Five languages for each of 3 formats.
Take a look at the English Version of Badge Scanner and the Badge Scanner Spanish Version of the Journey recorded as an iPhone 15 (886 px ×1920 px). Visually, they are identical. Of course narration and subtitles are each in their own respective languages. If the video was reformatted for a different screen size, that would be another Journey, and that Journey would also have the 2 languages as Versions.
Video Director not only supports this model, but the AI Skill we created allows us to tell Claude CoWork "Create a video for Badge Scanner as if it were displayed on an iPhone 15 in portrait mode. Make 2 versions - one in English and one in Spanish. Include subtitles for each. Since we already have the video portion of Badge Scanner for the iPhone 15, all Video Director needs to do is create the audio and subtitles for English, then do the same for Spanish. The video will be rendered twice - once for each language."
